Parents in Schools
Volunteer Training
We will train small groups of community members—parents, legal guardians, grandparents (10–15 individuals)—to serve as school volunteers.
Orientation Sessions
We will deliver two mandatory two-hour sessions covering school routines, communication protocols, safety, child development, and more. If babysitting is needed, we will provide babysitters who are fingerprinted. If translation and/or babysitting is needed, we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Coordination & Scheduling
We will provide ID badges, assist with scheduling based on your school’s needs, and help establish a sign-in/out protocol.
Personalized Training Program
Together with your team, we will design a personalized training program tailored to your school’s specific needs.
Screening & Documentation
We will collect and review letters of reference for each participant.
Ongoing Support
We will follow up regularly and work with you to address challenges that may arise..
